Our Halls provide a safe and welcoming environment, with most rooms single occupancy and a small number of shared options available. Accommodation is allocated according to your age and level of study, ensuring a comfortable living experience for everyone.
Life in Cannington
Nestled in the heart of Somerset, Cannington combines countryside charm with modern convenience. The village features a variety of local amenities, including:
- A convenience store and post office
- Newsagent, butcher, baker, and hair & beauty salon
- Local pubs and restaurants, including an Indian takeaway
- B&Bs and leisure attractions.
It’s a friendly, close-knit community where you’ll feel right at home.
What we offer
Available for any students aged over 18. For under 18s, accommodation includes a meal card offering freshly-prepared meals daily.
All accommodation is supported by a 24-hour residential team, CCTV, and on-site staff to ensure your safety and wellbeing at all times. They are always available to support you.
Stay connected with our high-speed internet connection, included in all accommodation. You can also park on-site, free of charge.
Open daily from 8am-5pm and 6pm-12am, including a pool table, ping pong, gaming consoles, large-screen TV, plenty of boardgames, DVDs, and a student bar for over 18s.
Whether you’re after a quick bite or a nutritious meal, there’s a selection of different food and drink outlets at Cannington, and even more to find off-site.
