- Health, nutrition, and welfare
- Event preparation and yard duties
- Industry-standard practices and BHS training.
Practical excellence & professional readiness
Courses combine practical, hands-on training with classroom-based theory. You’ll work with horses daily, take part in events, and benefit from staff with real industry experience.
Located just a short shuttle ride from Cannington College, the centre also offers on-site accommodation, giving you flexibility and a supportive learning environment.
Previous students have progressed to work at riding schools and livery yards, competitive stables and training centres, equine therapy and rehabilitation centres, and a select few now work internationally.
A career with excellent job security and clear progression
A large majority of UK riding centres () are struggling to hire the staff they need to operate at full capacity, with many holding long waiting lists for clients.
